Privacy policy
What we collect
- Creator chat history — exported and provided by the account owner with their informed, written consent; used solely to build that creator's voice profile.
- Active conversation data — messages between the operated account and its leads, plus dialog state (relationship stage, pending replies), needed to run and supervise conversations.
- Audit records — every AI action, reviewer edit, takeover and state change, kept for accountability.
- Pilot form data — name, work email, company, lead volume and platforms, used only to respond to the request.
What we do not do
- We do not use client conversation data to train shared or third-party models.
- We do not sell or share conversation data with anyone outside the engagement.
- We do not log the content of the on-site demo chat — only aggregate interaction counts (spec §10).
Retention
Conversation data and audit logs are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a wind-down window of [X days], after which they are deleted. Voice profiles are deleted at engagement end unless the client asks us to retain them.
Deletion on request
A lead whose data appears in operated conversations — or the creator, or the agency — can request deletion atprivacy@polylog.example.com. Requests are honored within [X days], including from backups on their rotation schedule.
Terms of service (summary of key points)
- Polylog operates a personal account only with the account owner's informed written consent, and pilots begin with a documented conversation about platform-terms risk.
- The client remains responsible for the commercial claims their persona is configured to make; Polylog enforces the configured guardrails.
- No conversion or revenue outcome is guaranteed, and marketing placeholders remain placeholders until published pilot data exists.
- Either party can terminate a pilot with [X days] notice.
